Whether you need micro welding, special fixturing or mold repair—we’re your shop. Our laser welding systems join a variety of metals with speed and precision, achieving tight tolerances and accessing hard-to-reach areas that conventional welding equipment cannot.
Using high-powered beams between 0.05 and 2.0 millimeters in diameter, our laser machines generate little to no heat—avoiding distortion to create precise, high-quality parts without the need for any post-processing. We handle a wide range of complex alloys and applications including spot, seam, mold repair, battery and micro welding processes.
Rapid Prototyping
Using our advanced 3D printing machinery and software, we can prototype even your most complex components quickly—saving you weeks of development time.
To get started, simply send us your file in STL, SLDPRT or PRT formats. Using our Stratasys F370 3D printer, we’ll quote any part that can fit in the 14 by 10 by 14-inch build area and generate an affordable prototype according to your unique specifications.
Available materials include engineering-grade thermoplastics like acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polycarbonate (PC), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and Diran (Nylon 6).
